The real problem

Describe your problem and
get an instant solution.

"My team ignores the priorities I set, two of my team members are always in conflict, and this is destroying the team atmosphere. As a result, I still do half of the work myself."

One message, three problems, no clear name. The Advisor was built exactly for this moment.

For every kind of manager

Whatever you’re running.

The Advisor knows your role. It gives advice for your job first, then for the other roles.

Emma Chen, Manager, Tech Team

EMMA CHEN

MANAGER, TECH TEAM

Running a team

She is a Team Lead — a front-line manager.

She leads employees in their daily operational tasks. She makes sure the work is delivered, and she keeps her people satisfied.

SHE SAYS

“I’ve asked the same person three times to take more initiative. Nothing changes — I’m starting to think it was a hiring mistake.”

LIKELY CAUSE

The ask was an attitude, not a measurable result.

FIRST MOVE

Agree on one measurable thing: a number and a date. Say it clearly, and write down what you agreed. Next time you’ll have an answer, not a feeling.

Liam Smythe, Manager, Client Delivery

LIAM SMYTHE

MANAGER, CLIENT DELIVERY

Running a process

He is a Process Lead, responsible for how the work flows.

His job is to make sure the process delivers results. Usually, this is the manager of the organizational unit (department, division, etc.)

HE SAYS

“The whole process depends on Sam. He will be away for two weeks next month, and I don’t know what happens then.”

LIKELY CAUSE

The steps are only in Sam’s head, not written down anywhere.

FIRST MOVE

Ask Sam to write the process as he really does it — one page. Then have someone else run it from that page alone, while Sam is still here. Every question they have to ask Sam is a step missing from the page. Add those, and the process is out of his head.

Owen Baker, Manager, Operations

OWEN BAKER

MANAGER, OPERATIONS

Running the operation

He is an Operations Leader. He coordinates teams and processes across the whole company.

His job is to organize the company and keep daily operations running smoothly.

HE SAYS

“The same workflow goes through two of my managers and always comes out late. Each blames the other, and I can’t tell who’s right.”

LIKELY CAUSE

The hand-over point between them was never defined.

FIRST MOVE

Review the latest workflow from start to finish with both managers. Identify where each step is stuck or waiting. The longest delay represents the bottleneck. Focus on improving the procedures around that point, not blaming the individuals involved.

Aisha Khan, CEO & Founder

AISHA KHAN

CEO & FOUNDER

Setting direction

She is a Strategic Leader.

She chooses the profitable direction. She sets goals, oversees operations, and adjusts strategy.

SHE SAYS

“Every quarter we set goals. And every quarter the team’s time goes to whatever comes up that week.”

LIKELY CAUSE

The goals never became visible priorities.

FIRST MOVE

Identify one or two results for this quarter and use them as a filter: the team should spend time only on tasks that pass the filter. Clearly state which tasks will be postponed.

The system IS behind it

Every professional runs on a system

A complete management system, always ready.

Manager’s Advisor is built on the complete Management System: the managerial work behind every operation, divided into named pieces that you can understand.

4

manager roles

16

managerial functions

56

core managerial activities

211

skills

214

techniques

Every answer is built from those managerial activities: how to manage the work, not how to do the work.

The Advisor helps you manage people and shows you the management tasks you cannot ignore. If you skip one, things start to break.

The Advisor won’t won’t design a product, set your prices, write your code, or fix your machines — those are operational jobs. It guides you in managing your team and getting the work done.

FAQ

What it is

No. There is nothing to study and no curriculum. You bring a real problem; the Advisor helps you see what is really behind it and gives you a first move for your situation. That is all.

A general AI chat invents a new answer every time, and it sounds confident even when it is wrong. The Advisor is built on a real management system: it connects your problem to named managerial work, shows how sure it is (likely / possible), and tells you honestly when your problem is outside the system.

Any manager — whether you run a team, a process, the whole operation, or set direction. The Advisor knows your role and adapts its advice to your actual job.

No — this is intentional. The Advisor works with managerial activities: priorities, giving tasks, follow-up, handing over work, evaluation, people. It does not do the operational work of your business — it will not design a product, price a service, or repair a machine. It helps you manage the work and the people who do it.

Using it

With your email — we send you a magic link. Click the link, and you are signed in. No password to create or remember.

Yes.

And there is nothing to download from an app store. Manager’s Advisor is a web app you can put on any device as its own icon.

Laptop (Chrome or Edge): open the browser’s menu and choose “Install app” — or click the small install icon at the end of the address bar.

Mac, Safari: File → “Add to Dock.”

Android: open the browser’s ⋮ menu and choose “Install app.”

iPhone / iPad: in Safari, open the Share menu and choose “Add to Home Screen.”

The app also offers this itself: after your first problem, it shows an Install card, and the profile menu always has the row “The app on this device.” Once installed, open it from your taskbar or home screen — same account, same conversations.

The first diagnosis takes a few minutes: you describe the situation and answer a few questions. The Advisor is designed to be used on the spot, when the problem is right in front of you.

Never. Every answer is a direction to consider or to avoid — you confirm the diagnosis, and you make the decision. It’s an advisor, not a boss.

Your role profile and conversations are used only to run the service — never sold, never used to train other AI models. Payments are handled entirely by “Sold through Link, LLC”; your card details never reach us. Details: Privacy Policy.

Plan & payment

14 days, full access, no card required. Nothing happens automatically at the end — if it helped you, you subscribe then ($15/month). If not, your access simply ends. We charge you only if you choose to subscribe.

The edition you are using now — the complete management system in its universal form, which works in any company and industry. A Custom edition, adapted to one company’s processes and vocabulary, is in preparation.

The subscription follows the email, not the credit card.

Buying for yourself: enter your own work email — the one you sign in to Advisor with.

Buying for your manager: enter their work email.

The app unlocks by itself — nothing to activate. A receipt arrives by email from Lemon Squeezy (Link, LLC), our merchant of record, and on your card statement the charge shows as LEMSQZY* MANAGERGEAR. A receipt comes every month — keep those emails: both the invoice and cancellation start from them.

Open any monthly receipt email from Lemon Squeezy, click View Order, then Manage Subscription → Cancel subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

For companies

Yes.

  1. In Advisor, the manager clicks Upgrade and sends the link to the person who pays — accounting, the office manager, the owner.
  2. That person opens the link and pays with the company card, using their own email address.
  3. Done. The subscription connects to the manager’s account; the manager keeps signing in with the same work email as before.

After that, everything about money stays with the person who paid: a receipt arrives by email every month.

For several managers, repeat this once per manager.

Buying for a manager who does not use Advisor yet? Subscribe on the website and enter the manager’s work email in the Email field — that email grants access. After the trial period, use the steps described above.
